Terms of Service

1. Accepting These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PT Sultanlulu Gaming Indonesia ("SULTANLULU GAMING", "we", "us"). By installing, accessing or using our Android app or our website at bettingtop10.co.za, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who Can Use the App

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are under 18, you should use it only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian. You also confirm that you are allowed to use the app under the laws where you live.

3. Your Account and Nickname

Some features may let you choose a nickname or sign in. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login details private. Choose a nickname that is not offensive, does not impersonate another person and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove a nickname that breaks these rules.

4. License to Use the App

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on your own Android device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license ends if you break these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

When you use the app, you agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, exploit bugs or modify the app to gain an unfair advantage.
• Hack, reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app, our servers or other players.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse other players.
• Post or share unlawful, hateful, sexual or misleading content.
• Sell, rent or transfer your account or access to the app.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in a way that harms others.

6. Content and Communication

If you submit content such as a nickname, avatar, message or feedback, you keep your rights to it. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and store that content as needed to run and improve the app. You promise that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The app is distributed through Google Play and may include services from other companies, such as analytics, advertising or hosting. Those services follow their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google's terms.

8. Updates and Changes

We update the app and its games often. We may add, change, pause or remove games and features at any time, with or without notice. Some updates may be required for the app to keep working.

9. Intellectual Property

The app, its games, artwork, code, names and logos belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of any of them. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your specific expectations. Online games depend on your internet connection and on services we do not control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, that result from your use of the app. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or IDR 1,000,000 if you paid nothing.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, put other players at risk, or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, stay in effect after termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to settle a dispute in good faith. If we cannot, the courts of South Jakarta have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make an important change, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
