How we enforce the rules.
When we find a violation, we look at how serious it is and whether it has happened before. A first, minor offense usually gets a warning. Serious or repeated offenses can lead to a temporary suspension or a permanent ban.
If you think we made a mistake, reply to the message we sent you and we will review the case.
Parents and guardians.
You know your child best. Check the age rating on our Google Play page, talk about screen time together and decide which games are right for them.
Our app is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will remove it.
